Refund policy

You may return products at your discretion within 15 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund or store credit, all returned items must be in resalable condition and include their original packaging. Returns must be delivered to our office within the specified time frame.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and handling. Velvet Interior and Designs does not accept liability for items damaged during return transit.

We strongly recommend that you photograph all items before handing them over to your carrier, documenting their condition prior to shipment. These photos can be used to support a damage claim with your shipping provider in the event of any issues.
